Bosnian pyramids in Visoko:
First International Scientific Conference about the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids (ICBP) was held in Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzegovina), from August 25-30, 2008.

English Edition of the ICBP Proceedings has just been published. This is unique collection of 50 articles about the Pyramid Science and comprehensive scientific investigation of the Bosnian pyramids in Visoko. Authors are coming from fourteen countries: Egypt, China, United Kingdom, Austria, Poland, Germany, Brazil, Serbia, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Russia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Book consists of 800 pages and more then 1000 color photographs and graphs.

Complete archaeological report of the distinguished Egyptologist and three times PhD in archaeology dr. Nabil Swelim was published in the Book. He claims that "Great Pyramid of the Egypt is the greatest pyramid and Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun biggest pyramid in the world". Russian geophysicists, academician dr. Oleg Khavroshkin and prof.dr. Vladislav Tsyplakov have three reports about geophysical, geochemical and seismic screening of the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids and claim artificial properties of the pyramids.
Leading European scientific institute LGA Bautechnik from Germany performed geo-radar screening in Visoko (team lead by dr. Andreas Hasenstab) and concluded that 44 anomalies are found under the layer of vegetation and soil (inner passageways, walls).

Similar results are conformed by Serbian experts lead by dr. Dejan Vuckovic from Institute for Geophysics from University of Belgrade (Serbia). ICBP Proceedings gives original radiocarbon dating reports of the organic material found in Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids from two Labs: Silesian University of Technology (Gliwice, Poland) and Christian-Albrecht University (Kiehl, Germany).

State Institute for Geodesy (Bosnia-Herzegovina) reported regular pyramidal geometry and perfect orientation to the cardinal points of the triangular pyramid faces. Additional analysis is done by dr. Ivan Simatovic (Croatia). Professor Muhamed Pasic from University of Zenica (Bosnia-Herzegovina) has tested almost 100 samples from the pyramids. His conclusion is that the blocks from the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun are cemented concrete blocks, and sandstone plates on Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon are cut, transported and installed.

Samples have been analyzed at Institute for construction and materials (University of Sarajevo) and Civil Engineering Institute in Tuzla, as well. Properties of the concrete material (hardness, chemical structure, low water absorption) have been confirmed. Pedologist dr. Husnija Resulovic analyzed the soil samples from the pyramids and reported that they are over 5000 years old. Geologist dr. Izet Kubar supervised 70-m core drilling at the Tumulus location in Vratnica and announced that concrete samples 2-m thick were discovered at the depth of 54 m (ceiling?), followed by 3.5 meters hollow space (possible underground chamber) and another 2 meters concrete block (tumulus foundation?).

Leading Chinese archaeologists dr. Jiao Nanfeng and dr. Cao Fazhan write about the mysterious Chinese pyramids. Discoverer of the Bosnian Pyramids, dr. Sam Semir Osmanagich gives an overview of the worldwide concept of the pyramids and road from discovery to recognition of the Bosnian pyramids.

Pyramid researchers Phillip Coppens, Maxim Yakovenka, Nenad Djurdjevic and Gabriela Lukacs write about the pyramids in Egypt, China, Italy and elsewhere.

Distinguished authors from Egypt write about different archaeological aspects. Among them; dr. Mostafa Abbadi, famous historian who established new Library of Alexandria; professor of classical archaeology dr. Mona Haggag; Egyptologist dr. Muhamed Ibrahim Aly; geologist dr. Aly Barakat; archaeologist dr. Magda Gad; historian dr. Hassan Saady; archaeologist dr. Moihamed Ghani and others.

Separate chapter is dedicated to the carved symbols discovered in the underground tunnel complex. Authors from Bosnia-Herzegovina (dr. Muris Osmanagic), Hungary (Szakacs Gabor) and Brazil (Paolo Stekel) have done in-depth analysis. ICBP Proceedings publish the articles about the archaeological tourism and planning process (Chris Norman from Scotland). Book Publisher is non-profit "Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun" Foundation from Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzegovina) registered for archaeological research and cultural heritage protection.
